Recently, key Vietnamese clients visited our factory to inspect our modular container house products and production strength. Accompanied by our team, they learned about our company profile and qualifications, then toured the production workshop and exhibition hall. The clients inspected the craftsmanship, specifications and container loading schemes of our foldable, detachable, flat-pack and double-wing expandable container houses, as well as our core strengths including patented roofing, superior waterproof and corrosion resistance, premium coating and long service life. After testing the prototype products, the clients shared optimization advice on sound insulation and resonance. Both sides deeply discussed noise reduction solutions and local cooperation modes. The clients proposed exclusive distribution and local production cooperation in Vietnam. We agreed to start with exclusive agency cooperation and envisioned future joint-venture factory construction in Vietnam.

On-site communication about configuration details
The customer put forward two cooperation options: to act as our exclusive distributor, or cooperate together to import the material and produce locally in Vietnam. Sophie proposed launching our cooperation with an exclusive agency in the initial phase, and shared our long-term vision for a joint-venture manufacturing factory in Vietnam in the future.
Both sides held in-depth discussions on the building's noise-reduction performance (≤70 dBA during daytime; ≤55 dBA at night), and finally came up with improvement proposals, including optimising doors and windows, modifying the staircase structure, installing sound-insulating mats and adding rubber pads.
