Nigerian Clients Visit SunRises Factory for Permanent Light‑Steel Modular Housing Solutions

A delegation of clients from Nigeria recently paid an on‑site visit to SunRises manufacturing base, touring our showroom, production workshop and conference facility, to gain first‑hand insights into our permanent modular light‑steel residential solutions.

During the factory tour, the visitors first explored our completed villa show home exhibit. The display presents finished modular villa products available with fully customisable sizes and layouts. Units can be delivered and rapidly assembled on‑site to deliver complete permanent residential accommodation.

The team then reviewed our structural component exhibition zone. Key building assemblies including wall panels, floor systems, ceiling structures and pre‑integrated MEP service pipelines were on display. Disassembled building section samples laid bare the main steel frame, thermal insulation envelopes, fabrication workflows and connection mechanisms. This allowed the Nigerian guests to fully examine the internal construction, material specifications and core assembly logic of our light‑steel modular buildings.

Special focus was given to window system components. Visitors reviewed cross‑section samples of multi‑chamber aluminium profiles, featuring sealing grooves and glazing bead slots. The multi‑chamber construction optimises acoustic insulation, thermal performance and overall structural robustness, ideal for exterior use within modular housing projects. Guests also observed ongoing production of custom‑specification windows built for a children's hospital project.

After the facility walk‑through, both sides held in‑depth technical and commercial discussions in the on‑site conference room. Our team detailed SunRises' capacity to manufacture modular building systems compliant with international standards, alongside our full end‑to‑end project delivery support capabilities. Key talking points centred on acoustic performance, custom configuration options and practical requirements for permanent residential deployment matching local Nigerian market demands.
