Q: What's your delivery time?
A: Normally the delivery time is as follows: Prefab houses: 20-25 days, container houses: 15-20 days, steel structure houses: 25-30 days, Villas: 30-35 days.
Q: What's your package?
A:For different houses we have different ways of package. Some are in flat pack, some are folded in containers (main structure and panels in bulk, door, ceiling, floor tiles,furniture in cartons, sanitary, electrical, plumbing, hardware, fittings, tools in wooden cases), some we can ship the whole house.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We prefer T/T 50% deposit, balanced before shipment, 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, or pay through other third party. For big projects, other payment terms can be discussed by both party.
Q: What kind of technical drawings can you provide?
A: We can provide 3D drawings, pictures, blueprint for foundation, plumbing, electric system, installation, furniture etc.
Q: Can you provide onsite installation services?
A: Yes, for big projects, we can provide technical workers and supervisors based on the contract. For small projects, we provide online guiding, sketches of installation, and onsite video call instruction etc.
