The essential first step to ensure the stability and durability of your structure—laying the perfect foundation for your home or office.
Ensure the site is level and solid, preferably with a concrete or steel base. Confirm that all base dimensions are accurate before placing the bottom frame. A robust foundation is crucial—verify all measurements carefully to ensure seamless integration of the bottom frame.
Bottom Frame Assembly
Begin the installation process by assembling the sturdy bottom frame, ensuring all cross beams and corner posts are securely fixed.
Start with precision, building a strong base that firmly anchors the entire structure.
Floor Installation
Lay the floor panels to achieve a stable, smooth surface for all subsequent construction steps.
Use durable materials such as cement board or PVC. Ensure the floor is level and securely fitted to support all internal components.
Wall Panel Installation
Begin vertical assembly by installing wall panels to form a solid, weather-resistant enclosure.
Insert each wall panel into the corner posts in sequence, securing them with screws or locking slots. Accuracy is vital to ensure a tight, interlocking structure that provides strength and protection.
Roof Frame & Panel Installation
Complete the exterior structure by installing the roof system with precision.
Place the top frame and fix the roof panels securely. Reinforce corner connections to fully enclose and weatherproof the unit.
Door & Window Setup
Customize your space by installing doors and windows, balancing functionality, security, and aesthetics.
Fit doors and windows into pre-reserved openings, ensuring proper alignment and sealing. This step enhances both natural light and accessibility.
Electrical & Plumbing (if required)
Integrate essential utilities without compromising interior space.
Install electrical wiring and plumbing through pre-built channels. Maintain a clean and efficient layout to ensure functionality and ease of future maintenance.
Final Check & Cleaning
Finish with a thorough inspection and cleaning to prepare the space for immediate use.
Check all fasteners, sealing strips, and waterproofing. Clean the interior thoroughly. Conduct a final quality check to ensure everything is secure, functional, and move-in ready.
