Sunrises Welcomes International Client Delegation for Factory Tour and Strategic Cooperation Talks

SUN RISES GROUP LIMITED ("Sunrises") had the pleasure of welcoming an international client delegation to its manufacturing base on 21 August 2026, for a full-day factory visit and in-depth project discussions. The visit gave the delegation a first-hand, end-to-end look at Sunrises' modular building capabilities - from completed show homes and structural displays to high-precision production lines - and marked another important step toward building a long-term partnership.

Upon arrival, the delegation was warmly received by the Sunrises team over a shared lunch before embarking on a formal tour of the facilities.news-1482-726

Completed Villa Show Homes - The Finished Product, Up Close

The tour began at the completed villa development, where visitors experienced the finished product exactly as it would be delivered. The show homes demonstrated how a wide range of sizes and layouts can be customized to meet different project requirements, and how each villa can be quickly assembled on site upon arrival at its destination.

Structural Display - Full Transparency, Down to Every Layer

In the structural display area, the delegation examined key building components including wall assemblies, floor systems, ceilings and MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) pipelines, gaining a clear view of the primary steel frame, thermal insulation envelope and pre-installed services. Disassembled sample sections illustrated component integration, fabrication processes and connection details, giving customers a deeper understanding of the internal structure, material specifications and assembly principles of modular buildings.

Production Workshop - Quality You Can See

Inside the production workshop, the Sunrises team provided a detailed introduction to the complete manufacturing process of modular houses and the quality control measures implemented at every stage of production. The delegation also toured the window production line, where they learned about thermal break aluminum alloy windows and polyurethane thermal-break windows. Featuring an advanced thermal-break structure with inner and outer aluminum chambers separated by a nylon insulating strip, these windows effectively reduce heat transfer and enhance sound insulation, thermal insulation and structural strength - making them ideal for exterior applications in modular buildings. Customized configurations, including triple-glazed, double-chamber glass with client-specified glass thickness, were also discussed on site.
