During the inspection, Mr. Paulo toured the company's show flat area, production workshops and product showroom. At the finished show flat area, our team introduced the core advantages of modular housing, including customizable designs and rapid on-site assembly. Through structural display samples, the client gained an in-depth understanding of the steel frame structure, thermal insulation system, MEP pipelines, assembly processes and material standards of the houses. Mr. Paulo inspected the floor plans and finishing details with great attention, and spoke highly of the intelligent space system of the show flat. Our staff demonstrated on-site the remote-controlled movable cabinet and the pull-out bed hidden inside the wardrobe, which can quickly form an enclosed bedroom. In the production workshop, the team presented the complete manufacturing process and full-range quality control system for modular houses. The client focused on energy-saving thermal-break aluminum windows and learned about their heat insulation structure and working principle. Featuring excellent sound insulation, thermal insulation and structural performance, these windows are well suited for modular building applications.
At the exhibition center, with the help of the sand table model, our team demonstrated the construction procedure of modular buildings, multi-scenario application solutions and project achievements. Meanwhile, Mr. Paulo completed the preliminary material acceptance of the light steel show house. Both parties reached an agreement on optimizing details such as metal carved panels, kitchen & bathroom components and light fittings.
