On October 21, SUN RISES GROUP welcomed an important returning client from Suriname for an on-site factory inspection. Having previously purchased our products, the client made this special trip to our manufacturing base to verify our production capacity and product craftsmanship. Both sides conducted in-depth technical and business discussions targeting local project demands in Suriname, and reached preliminary intentions for new follow-up contracts.
Upon arrival at the factory, accompanied by our international sales team, the client started the overall tour. Our team gave a comprehensive introduction to SUN RISES GROUP, covering our development history, core business layout, quality management system and overall production capacity. This enabled the client to gain a macro-level understanding of our supply chain assurance and project delivery capability, laying a solid foundation for subsequent project communication.
The client then went deep into the production workshop to observe the full assembly process of modular buildings. The houses under assembly on-site drew the client's great attention. Our team highlighted our patented roof panels, which deliver outstanding dust-proof, waterproof and anti-corrosion performance while greatly improving the overall roof load-bearing capacity, well-suited for the hot and rainy tropical climate of Suriname.
Seisei, Sales Manager, presented EPS sandwich panels and decorative metal carved panels tailored for Suriname's local climate. He elaborated on core advantages of the panels including heat insulation, corrosion resistance and long-term durability against harsh local high-temperature and high-humidity conditions.
Sophie, Sales Director, introduced the flat-pack container houses. Boasting high container-loading efficiency, 15 units can be packed into one 40HQ container, which greatly cuts international ocean freight costs. It serves as an optimal solution for mining camp accommodation and temporary office projects across Suriname.
Meanwhile, Sophie gave a detailed presentation on the Double-Wing series modular buildings. Designed for a service life of over 30 years, this series adopts patented roof panels and fully-welded structures. With dual anti-corrosion treatment of hot-dip galvanizing plus full electrostatic powder coating, every design detail is fully optimized for long-term operation in tropical overseas regions.
The client also toured the container-house production line and witnessed the manufacturing procedures of core components including upright columns, top-and-bottom beams, patented corner castings, ceiling tiles and gutter profiles. They gained first-hand insight into our standardized production control covering the whole workflow from component fabrication to final assembly.
After the workshop visit, the client moved to the product exhibition hall to view real-life show-room samples, including expandable containers, flat-pack containers, modular villas and warehouse units. By closely examining structural workmanship, interior layouts and installation details, the client spoke highly of our large-scale manufacturing strength and strict quality-control standards.
Building on past successful cooperation and what they witnessed during this site visit, the client expressed strong optimism about the market potential of SUN RISES GROUP products in Suriname and showed full confidence in further long-term business collaboration.
