A: Yes, if we cooperate with big project together, we can send engineers for support. For small projects we provide online instructions including sketch, drawing and videos. We can also video call to guide you.

A: We provide 2 years warranty of the products, Sun Rises Group will shoulder the responsibility if any problems of the product happens.

A: Under conventional climate and environment, the service life of container house steel frame is around 20 years and more.
