New Recognition for Overseas Livelihood Project | Special Acceptance of Mozambique Light-steel Social-housing Prototype Successfully Completed
On 17 October 2026, a client delegation for Mozambique's government-led social housing project visited our Group to conduct special acceptance inspection of the light-steel social-housing prototype house. Attaching great importance to this high-profile visit, our Group's management, together with relevant officials from local government and chamber of commerce, attended the reception ceremony and accompanied the delegation throughout the on-site verification of the prototype. Following comprehensive on-site assessment, the client spoke highly of the prototype's product quality, construction-delivery efficiency and complete set of technical documentation. This successful acceptance has laid a solid foundation for the implementation of subsequent large-scale social housing projects in Mozambique.

The Mozambican government social-housing project under cooperation features diversified unit layouts ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom, and serves as a key local livelihood-oriented housing initiative. Our Group provides full-chain technical output and supply of complete light-steel material kits for the project. Our scope of work includes housing layout planning, structural safety design, foundation construction drawings, MEP-plumbing system design, 3D visual modelling and bill-of-quantities preparation. We can also provide a full set of compliance test and certification reports to fully satisfy document-submission requirements for overseas government tender processes.

Completed within merely more than ten days from schematic drawings to physical completion, the prototype fully demonstrates the core strengths of the cold-formed thin-walled light-steel prefabricated system: factory prefabrication and fast on-site deployment. During acceptance, the delegation carried out item-by-item inspection of the prototype's main structure, wall assemblies, door-and-window systems, MEP fittings and interior workmanship. They fully acknowledged the building's excellent seismic-wind resistance, thermal-acoustic insulation performance and refined construction standard, and praised the remarkably fast completion schedule. Supported by the comprehensive and rigorous quality-management system of a state-owned enterprise, our Group exercises strict control over the whole workflow covering R&D design, raw-material selection, factory production and on-site assembly. Our reliable product competence has earned profound trust from overseas clients.

Different from market suppliers that only supply steel-frame components, our Group develops a one-stop holistic solution for contractors bidding for overseas government social-housing projects. Services include specialized engineering design, complete CKD (Completely Knocked-Down) light-steel material kits, project compliance submission documents and bulk-export supply. Our product portfolio complies with building codes of multiple countries such as BS, AS/NZS, CE, COC and CBCA. We possess large-scale production capacity to deliver material kits for 2 500 housing units within 2-3 months.
Adopting dry-method prefabricated construction with bolt-connected on-site assembly, these houses can cut construction duration by 50-60 % compared with conventional building methods. The process generates low construction-waste output, which aligns with overseas low-carbon and green-development trends. Flexible housing configurations are available including single-family, duplex and terraced layouts. Supporting public facilities such as schools and community medical clinics can be designed concurrently, making our solution highly suitable for intensive construction of large-volume social-housing estates.
The client delegation explicitly stated on site that all indicators of the prototype have satisfactorily met acceptance criteria, and they will accelerate the roll-out of subsequent mass-scale social-housing projects.
In addition, the delegation conducted an all-round on-site tour of our production facilities, visiting core workshops including the modular-production workshop, intelligent MEP supporting-facility workshop and door-and-window workshop. The on-site visit enabled them to gain a more comprehensive and in-depth insight into our Group's overall industrial strength.

Representatives from the visiting local government and chamber of commerce, aiming to empower cross-border economic and trade cooperation through government-enterprise synergy, solemnly made two service commitments on behalf of local authorities and the chamber:
First, provide full-process support for cooperation engagement. Relevant authorities will keep tracking negotiations for this cross-border project, build an efficient and smooth government-enterprise communication bridge, and assist both parties in refining contractual terms and streamlining engagement procedures. Meanwhile, authorities will supervise our Group to strictly abide by technical specifications, product-quality standards and after-sales service systems. High standards will be enforced to guarantee orderly negotiations and compliant collaboration, so as to consolidate the foundation for subsequent project delivery.
Second, deliver comprehensive localised support services. During Mozambican guests' investigation, business negotiations and operational activities in China, they may reach out at any time for policy consultation, resource coordination or implementation-related challenges. Relevant departments will take proactive actions, offer end-to-end support and mobilise multi-party resources to resolve practical concerns for foreign guests doing business in China, and fully safeguard this cross-border partnership.
Having long been engaged in the prefabricated light-steel construction sector, SUN RISES GROUP has built profound technical reserves, a stringent and well-established quality-control system and rich practical experience in domestic and overseas projects. We are fully competent to undertake cross-border engineering and overseas livelihood-housing programmes. Moving forward, our Group will continue to leverage the state-owned-enterprise advantages in technological innovation and complete supply-chain capacity. We will deliver standardised, replicable integrated prefabricated livelihood-housing solutions, help more developing countries improve their social-housing stock, and continuously contribute Chinese expertise in prefabricated-building exports to the world.
