Q: What's your delivery time?

A: Normally the delivery time is as follows: prefab houses--20-25days, container houses--7-20days, steel structure houses--25-30 days, Villa-- 30-35days.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: We prefer T/T 50% deposit, balanced before shipment, 100% Irrevocable L/C onsite. 100% online payment via our shops in a third party. Or other payment terms that we are agree with based on our negotiation.

Q: What kind of technical drawing can you provide?

A: We could provide three-view drawing, 3D picture, blueprint, foundation, plumbing, electrical, communication, fire alarm,installation, furniture and so on.

Q: What is the lifespan and warranty period?

A: The lifespan for Prefab house is 15 to 20years, Container house is 20+years, Steel structure is 20+years and Villa is 50+years. The warranty period for all the house is 12months from the delivery.
